Two great diet meals

We are still in the second month of the diet, part two.  Part one was very successfull, and we lost lots of weight, but gained some of it back due to nothing but laziness.  We will need to work on that.  We tried playing tennis, and started the pliometrics of P90x, but it was a little too late I think.  So, here we are, back on HCG and doing pretty well.  Here are a couple of great ideas.  A simple salad and grilled veggies and chicken.  NO oil used in the grilling of the vegies, and they were AWESOME!
