Snack Time

Here's a new snack idea I found today while shopping in one of my favorite stores, Aldi's!  I believe they were $1.99 and come in a package of 4-7 ounce bottles.  Aldi's Fit &Active brand has a lot of great diet items.  The best part, these smoothies are fat free and have only 70 calories. That and a couple of rice cakes is all I've had today, I better go fix dinner.  Have a great night!
